"Regarding operational plans for the remainder of the year, Pruksa is studying global trends that are constantly changing and accelerating faster than ever. As a leader in the Thai real estate business, we leverage our expertise in residential development to prepare consumers for future changes. We focus on three key global trends that impact people's lives today and in the future: (1) Health and Wellness Redefined, where we will integrate health care expertise from Vimut Hospital to comprehensively care for Pruksa residents' health; (2) Lifestyle Disruption, such as the increasing trend of working from home, the importance of utilizing home space, and the integration of technology related to data connectivity or the Internet of Things (IoT) into daily life; and (3) Environmental Sustainability, as Pruksa believes that having a home is a lifelong investment, not just for living today but also for planning for tomorrow. This is the direction of the brand's evolving business strategy under the concept of Pruksa Caring for Life, "Tomorrow. Reimagined," which is a commitment that Pruksa will continue to innovate and develop products and services to meet the needs of customers today and in the future.

Dr. Kritthawit Lert-Uthakool, CEO of Vimut Hospital Holding Company Limited, stated, "Vimut Hospital has been operational since May 1, under the concept of 'A New Level of Care with Attention,' with a team of specialized doctors. The hospital has seen a large number of clients, including doctors receiving COVID-19 vaccinations. Vimut Hospital is also open for the general public to register for COVID-19 vaccinations. Additionally, there are plans to attract Pruksa residents to use the hospital's services more, offering special privileges for residents of Pruksa projects, such as discounts on medication and room charges, discounts on flu vaccines, online medical consultations (Telemedicine), and emergency ambulance services within a specified distance at no charge. Furthermore, the hospital has launched a health check-up package at a special price of only 999 baht for the general public, offering various tests with the option to choose packages that suit individual needs. Pruksa customers wishing to avail of these benefits and those interested in health check-up packages can find more information and register at www.vimut.com or call 02-079-0000.

Vimut Hospital has a long-term plan to create an ecosystem or a community health society for Thai people, enabling those in the vicinity of the hospital and nearby Pruksa projects to access health centers, such as clinics, physical therapy centers, elderly care centers, and home health care services more easily. This aims to create and elevate livable communities that prioritize health, fully addressing the lifestyle needs of customers, with Vimut Hospital serving as the center for high-level care and health centers distributed throughout communities for easier access to services close to home."
